Day4, rear wheel fitting in and should make a new mounting fit for the rear brake.
And also changed to use the brass velocity stack for the S&S Super E carb.

 

The gas tank and fenders paint job, color should match with the Toys Mccoy Buco Helmet.

And Benny (bike owner) also got the very rare water slide decor from Japan.

 

Finally everything is done, should do some fine tune after a test run

Of course, Benny is going to do the test run!

Day3, after making new mounting for the gas tank and installed it, next should be the fenders.

Front fender need a new mounting for the springer.

Rear fender need to chop.

 

Both gas tank and fenders are ready for the paint job.

After changing the rear wheel rim to a 40 spokes, there comes a new challenge.

We need to make a new mounting for the rear brake caliper.

And also added the damper to the springer

Day2, front PM brake mounting finally finished. 

Keep going would be the gas tank and console

and also the solo seat.

Change the front folk to WL45 Springer

This springer is come from Taiwan

Fit in the wheel with new Duro 5.10 16" tire

Setup the PM brake
